This website is misleading and untrue.

Please be aware the healthdoc.ca site is requesting financial information from patients

to be roster with a physician.

Please do not provide your financial information!

• By no means will a family doctor charge a patient to become a part of their practice.

• Family doctors rarely charge for services and would notify the patient prior to their appointment if a service is not covered by OHIP.

• The healthdoc.ca website is fraudulent.

• Patients should register with the provincial Health Care Connect waitlist program to be connected with a family physician and or Nurse practitioner.
