Medical Concerns:
While we aim to address as many health concerns as possible during each visit, we sometimes need to prioritize based on urgency and time constraints. Out of respect for other patients waiting to be seen, we encourage patients to share all their medical concerns when booking or at the start of the appointment. With advance notice, we can work together to determine the best approach and if more time is needed, we’re happy to schedule a follow-up appointment with you. Thank you for your understanding.
Arriving Late for Appointments:
If a patient is not on time for their appointment, they may or may not be able to be seen that day and may need to be rescheduled. This depends on factors such as the lateness of arrival and the nature of the visit.
No-Show Fees:
Life happens! We understand that missed appointments may be unavoidable from time to time. Unfortunately, a missed appointment also denies another patient the opportunity for timely medical care. We request advance notice of 24 hours if you must cancel an appointment with our office. Last minute cancellations or “no-show” fees may be charged to patients at the discretion of the physician in order to ensure efficient healthcare delivery to all patients.
Your physician can be located on the second (2); floor shown highlighted in green on the image of the Clinic.
