Important!!  The Peterborough Clinic does not offer a Walk-In Clinic service.

There are no family physicians taking on new patients at this time.  It is highly suggested to register with Health Care Connect - a provincial waitlist - to connect with a primary care provider accepting new patients.

The roundabout is reserved for patient transporting vehicles, emergency vehicles and to allow quick patient drop off or pick-up. Parking within the new roundabout is not permitted for any reason.  Vehicles will be monitored and ticketed.  It is encourage to use the patient/ visitor parking lot adjacent to the Clinic.  There are 20 minutes of free parking and ample parking/ accessible spaces available closer to the Clinic in the lower lot.

Dermatology

Dr. C. L. Freeman MD, CCFP, Dip.Derm MSc

Dr. Christie Freeman, a family physician with a full-time focused practice in Dermatology, rejoined the Clinic in 2017. Dr. Freeman was a partner of the Clinic practising solely family medicine in 2000, and after changing her focus to full-time dermatology moved into private practice in the community in 2007. She completed her family medicine residency at McMaster University in 2000. She obtained her Diploma in Practical Dermatology from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 2003 and her Masters of Science in Practical Dermatology from the same institution in 2011. She was granted her Fellowship from the College of Family Physicians of Canada in 2017. Dr. Freeman is also an assistant professor in the department of family medicine at Queen’s University. In her spare time she enjoys singing with the Peterborough Singers and has been involved in various musical theatre productions with the Peterborough Theatre Guild and St. James Players. She has been living in Peterborough since 2000 with her husband and two children.

Please be informed Dr. Freeman’s office is a specialty practice that requires a referral from a physician and or nurse practitioner.
